ORDER QUESTIONS
I ordered the wrong size/color, can I edit my order?
We fulfill orders very quickly and we cannot edit any orders after they have been confirmed and processed. Please be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct delivery address and email.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order please email us immediately at goldenerathletics@gmail.com
Once and order has been confirmed and fulfilled, we are unable to cancel or stop an order.

How often do you restock your apparel?
Please follow our Instagram to stay up to date on restocks and launches.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Different products have different sizing regarding to fit requirement. A sizing chart and fit description is usually state on the product page. Please feel free to email us at goldenerathletics@gmail.com for advice on sizing.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How quickly do you process and ship your orders?
We take pride in our processing and shipping speed. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. However, due to COVID19 restrictions processing times could be extended to 3-7 days depending upon the order and delivery location.
Note: Due to the high volume of orders during the Holidays and any sales events, please expect additional delays in the fulfillment & shipping of orders.
How can I track my order status?
Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.
Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on the selected shipping method. Domestic orders within the U.S. require 2-4 days shipping.
Domestic Shipping:
U.S. Domestic orders are shipped with FedEx and USPS.
International Shipping:
All orders outside the U.S. are shipped with FedEx, DHL, DPD, LATVIJAS PASTS. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 9 to 14 days.
Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
Do International orders have to pay custom fees?
We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
We offer world-wide shipping to most countries.
We do NOT ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
PAYMENT QUESTIONS
I tried to place an order, but my payment did not go through. However, I checked my credit card statement and I see a pending charge from the store. What happened?
This is a common issue that happens to many customers. If you did not get an Order confirmation email, that means your order did not go through. The pending charge on your credit or debit card just means that our system attempted to charge your card. Please give it 48 hours and that charge will disappear and the money will go back on your card.
I get a checkout error, “Zip code does not match billing address.” Why is that?
For your order to go through, you must provide us with the zip-code of where you receive your credit card statements. If you supply the wrong zip-code, you order will not go through.
Is your ordering system secure?
Yes, we have a very secure ordering system and payment processing.
What payment methods can I use?
Golden Era Athletics accepts the following forms of payment: Amazon Pay, After Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Elo, Google Pay, JBC, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Venmo, & Visa.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. All returned item(s) must be in resalable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses/postage.
Once your return is received and inspected by Golden Era Athletics Returns Department (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
